AllStar Athletes Cheryl Brost & Coach Albert Police ready themselves for the 2015 Reebock CrossFit Games this week! Here's how to watch all the action! LET THE GAMES BEGIN!

Our very own Cheryl Brost (shown above during last years 2014 Games) and Coach Albert Police qulified to complete in this years 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games in Carson California THIS WEEK Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday! They will be competing along side the best of the best in the WORLD having been through the initial Open workouts, and Masters Qualifiers they both had to finish in the top 20 to earn and invitation to the Games........NOW LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!!

Here's what you can do to support our athletes!


1. Support them by sending a personal message to them or on Social Media by visiting their respective Facebook pages, and send them a positive motivational comment! It really helps these athletes to know that we're thinking of them even across the Pacific Ocean! Everyone here at home is rooting for you guys Cheryl & Albert!

2. Tell your friends about these amazing athletes coming out of our HOME TOWN WAIMEA! Pretty amazing that only 20 individuals in the world in each age group earned invitations to the CrossFit Games and our box houses 2 of these outstanding individuals!Be sure to look for an article about Coach Al which should be coming out in West Hawaii Today this week Tuesday! (and i think photos by Elin Kalaniopio will be accompanying the article!) As always, you can bring friend to the box ANYTIME to try out CrossFit for FREE so them can see what all this fun is about!

3. WATCH all the action live!!!!! This is by far the most thrilling way to get involved, if you can't actually travel and be at the Games in person. Here's some helpful hints to watch Live or Archived footage:

There are three ways to watch the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games.

  1. Go online to watch the livestream of the entire Games on ESPN3 or YouTube.
  2. Turn on your TV to see 16.5 hours of coverage on ESPN and ESPN2.
  3. Buy a General Admission or Tennis Stadium Ticket on AXS.com.

LIVESTREAM

ESPN3

U.S. fans with cable packages that include ESPN should go straight to ESPN3 for complete coverage of the Games. Every heat of every event for every division will be streamed here.

YouTube

The YouTube stream will offer complete coverage of the Games to fans outside of the United States, including masters, teenagers, teams and individuals.

Fans from within the United States will be able to see masters, teenagers and teams on YouTube, but will need to go to ESPN3 to see the individuals.

Note: The ESPN3 stream and the international YouTube stream will have identical coverage.

Find the YouTube livestream by going to Games.CrossFit.com or CrossFit's YouTube channel during the week of the Games.

9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. PT, Wednesday, July 22.

Individuals and Teams
7 a.m. - 1 p.m., 5 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. PT, Wednesday, July 22.
9 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. PT, Friday, July 24.
9 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. PT, Saturday, July 25.
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. PT, Sunday, July 26.

ESPN

The Games will air on ESPN and ESPN2 for more hours than ever before. There will be a total of 16.5 hours of coverage, which for the first time will not be exclusive to the individual division.

The teams will be in the limelight on Saturday and Sunday. Watch four-time champion Rich Froning Jr. take on the Games with five others from his affiliate, CrossFit Mayhem, by his side. He will need to contend with the defending champions, CrossFit Invictus, as well as 38 of the world’s fittest teams.

If you miss the coverage one night, tune in the next morning.
